Shipping Policy

STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS

Singapore deliveries are managed by our logistics partners Ninjavan, Vroom and Singpost (SmartPac). We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $200.00. Flat shipping fee $4 will be charged for all orders under $200.00. Express shipping fee is also available at $10.

BASIC TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING

  1. Shipping Time: 3-4 business days (Basic) ; 1-2 business days (Express)
Orders placed before 4PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 3-4 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended by several days. Rest assured we are trying to get your purchases to you as fast as possible.
  2. No delivery charges will incur for an order canceled within 24 hours from the initial order.
  3. All rates mentioned above exclude 8% GST.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If your order goes missing or arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement. If you have another issue with one of our products, you may return it within 7 days of purchase. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.

  1. Only products purchased on www.lmsoelle.com may be returned for a refund or replacement.
  2. We cannot accept items purchased from another retailer for a refund or replacement.
  3. Returned products must be in their original condition. We cannot accept partially used products or products with broken seals.
  4. Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping cost is equal to the initial shipping rate.
  5. If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
  6. We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

LM Soelle allows for returns and exchanges and this applies to online and in-store returns.

All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 7-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Item must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
  • For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by LM Soelle.
